In Julio Verne N\u00e1utica we launched with COS (Charter Operations Standard) the first professional charter skipper course developed from the needs of the current nautical sector.<\/span><\/p>\n

A program created to train skippers prepared to work on pleasure boats, operate with autonomy and understand how the professional charter world really works.<\/span><\/p>\n

The industry’s problem: degrees yes, professionals no<\/b><\/h2>\n

Today’s boating market needs more than just people who can get a boat from one point to another.<\/span><\/p>\n

Charter companies, shipowners and clients are looking for profiles prepared to manage vessels, coordinate crews and ensure safe and professional experiences on board.<\/span><\/p>\n

However, there is an obvious gap between obtaining a nautical qualification and knowing how to professionally operate a pleasure craft.<\/span><\/p>\n

COS was created precisely to meet this need.<\/span><\/p>\n

And it does so from the experience of skippers, instructors and companies that work daily in the sector.<\/span><\/p>\n
